Walk Scilly Festival

The walking festival offers the opportunity to explore some of the uninhabited islands of Scilly. St. Helens, Tean and the Eastern Isles, are all apart of the guided walks, providing an extraordinary look into the lush landscapes unique to the isles. Walkers will be able to see ruins of Scilly's earliest ancestors, and a number of Bronze Age sites, all with spectacular views of the whole archipelago. For hungry walkers, there are a number of foraging walks, introducing festival goers to the tastes of the islands. These walks along the sands of St. Mary's and Bryher end in two dining experiences; an evening event at Tanglewood Table and a canapé event at Hell Bay Hotel, in which foodies can experience the delicacies Scilly has to offer.

Shropshire Tasty Trail

Suffolk Walking Festival

Welcome to the Suffolk Walking Festival, one of the largest and longest running (and we think one of the best!) walking festivals in the country. The festival takes place every May and celebrates Suffolk’s natural landscapes and built heritage with guided walks in every corner of the county. Walkfest (Cleveland Way National Trail)

Walkfest celebrates the 70th anniversary of the North York Moors National Park with a series of walks following the coastal stretches of the Cleveland Way National Trail, giving you a chance to walk linear stretches of the trail (with transport provided). There will also be a special walk delving into the 700th anniversary of the Battle of Byland, a significant but largely forgotten battle at Sutton Bank.

The Annual South Downs Way Walk

The Annual South Downs Way Walk is an organised nine day walk along the full 100 mile length of the South Downs Way, one of England's finest and most popular national trails. During the past 43 years it has been enjoyed by hundreds of people from all over the world. Working closely with the Isle of Wight Ramblers Association, the National Trust and a number of volunteer ‘Walk Leaders’, the walks are graded by pace; from gentle, to moderate and through to strenuous walks for the more experienced hiker.
