Route: Ascent with the west summit cable car to the mountain station - hike from the Schattberg west summit to the Stemmerkogel

- HOHE PENHAB - SCHÖNHOFERWAND (ridge hike)
Meeting point: 9:00 a.m. IVV-WM starting point 12er KOGEL valley station
Walking time: approx. 4.5 hours
Route: Ascent with the 12er KOGEL Bahn to the mountain station - ascent via Hohe Penhab to the Schönhoferwand - via Stoffennieder to Hinterglemm

- PANORAMIC HIKE AT THE KOHLMAIS
Meeting point: 9:00 a.m. IVV-WM starting point 12er KOGEL valley station
Walking time: approx. 3.5 hours
Route: Ascent with the Kohlmaisbahn to the mountain station - via Saalachtaler Höhenweg to the Wildenkarkogelhütte - descent via Thurneralm to the middle station - via Maisalm to Saalbach ( or departure with the gondola possible)

Route: Varied hike over the Bernkogel to Saalbach

- SONNHOF ROUND: 11 KM /↑350 HM
- VALLEY END ROUND: 19 km /↑450 HM

- SAALBACH ROUND: 12 KM /↑280 HM
- SAALACH PROMENADE-JAUSERN: 21 KM /↑500 HM
