Ladywalk is Denmark's largest one-day exercise event for women. Ladywalk's goal is for women to experience the joy of going out - and backing up organizations that support research and information about women's diseases in Denmark.
There is a Ladywalk in 14 cities in Denmark. Here you can go out on beautiful routes of either 7 or 12 km at your very own pace. It is not about coming first, but about having a wonderful experience.
Monday the 30th of May we went again for a good cause. In 2022, the Ladywalk supports the Heart Association and the Endometriosis Association. It was great to see you. We hope to see you again next year on May 22nd
Ladywalk takes place on May 30 in 14 different cities around the country. At all starting points you can choose to walk either 7 or 12 kilometers. Joint start at 18:30.
Ladywalk has a desire to get women of all ages and sizes out walking. At the same time as doing something good for yourself, you are helping to make a difference from others.

When you participate, you are helping other women along the way.
Every year, Ladywalk donates money to organizations that support sick women.
We have donated over DKK 9 million for research and information to 10 different associations.
In 2022, we support the Heart Association and the Endometriosis Association's research projects.
You can sign up for Ladywalk as an individual or as a team of at least 11 people. The team can be your good colleagues, neighbors, sisters, cousins, old classmates, those you meet in association life or some completely, completely different ones.
Ladywalk has been in existence since 2001 and normally always takes place on the last weekday Monday in May.
Ladywalk is a charity that does not receive public support or financial support from companies.
Ladywalk owns a cottage that is lent to members of the organizations that receive donations from Ladywalk. The organizations send out information to their members about the application options.
