Registration
Hikers will have two options to participate in the 2022 Hike the Highlands Festival – a) in person or b) virtually. New in 2022 – early bird registration. All hikers who register early will get a special long sleeve T shirt. Early bird registration ends on August 5th. Our online registration and payment will be opening on May 2, 2022.

1) Here is the registration process to follow if you are attending to participate in person:
Registration is a two step process:
1) The First step is to register online for the festival. The form will ask you for your name, email address, what hiking pass you will be purchasing and the hikes you will be going on. Please print a copy of the registration form off before pressing the submit button.
2) The Second step is to pay your registration fee online
Follow the instructions. Pay by credit card. It you have any problems email us.
Registration fees for 2022 :
Hike the Highlands Festival Pass and CBHNP Park Pass
a) Individual -$110.00
b) Couple – $175.00
c) Family – $200.00
Registration fee includes – a long sleeve shirt, a fridge magnet, a hikers distance award lapel pin, a
Cape Breton Highlands National Park entry pass for 10 days, guided hikes, and evening
activities & online presentations. You will pick up your registration package at the festival
headquarters – St. John’s Hall, 35981 Cabot Trail, Ingonish, NS
Hike the Highlands Festival Pass ( No Park Pass)
a) Individual – $ 90.00
b) Couple – $130.00
c) Family – $140.00
d) Daily Pass -$ 25.00

e) One Hike -$ 15.00

Virtual Festival – Registration fee – $65.00. Your fee includes a long sleeve T-shirt, a hikers
